The AI recruitment assistant automates the extraction of structured data from CVs and resumes. It processes PDF and DOCX files, extracts relevant candidate information, and converts it into a clean, standardized JSON format for use in recruitment systems, ATS platforms, or HR dashboards.

The system eliminates manual CV screening and enables fast, consistent candidate evaluation across large applicant pools.
